Aberdeen School Strike 100th Anniversay Walking Tour – March 1 – Corner of St Laurent & La Gauchetiere – 12PM
On February 28, 1913, as many as 500 Jewish students at Aberdeen School walked out of their classrooms as part of a general strike. These children did this for Jewish students to gain rights in the Protestant school system. The Interactive Museum of Jewish Montreal would like to put you on a guided walking tour 100 years later.
There is space for 25 participants. Please RSVP to info@imjm.ca
